100-28-110 Stylish laser protection for kids theyíll want to wear. Frame style 28 kidís laser safety glasses feature a wrap-around frame with temple protection eliminating peripheral exposure to harmful laser light and radiation. These kidís frame also has a close profile making it easier to work in close proximity to the eyes. Adjustable strap offers universal fit and ensures these glasses will be comfortable and secure. Acceptable for use in most laser applications including surgical and dental procedures.

100-28-110 laser safety goggles are an light-weight comfortable sport warp frame with a double coated scratch-resistant polycarbonate laser filter. Lenses have superior optical clarity with virtually no distortion to reduce eye fatigue. It is ideal for use in most laser applications and comfortable for long periods of wear. 110 laser filter offers protection from KTP and Argon lasers (190-532 nm). OD 6+ @ 10,000-11,000 nm
Optical Density: is a measure of the transmittance of an optical element for a given length at a given wavelength λ. The higher the optical density, the lower the transmittance of light at a specified waveleng. See the ANSI Z136 for more information about OD and laser glasses.

VLT (Visible Light Transmission):

VLT: The attenuation of light by a filter in the visible spectrum. VLT is determined in relation to standard illumination and evaluated according to the daylight-adapted (photopic) or night-adapted (scotopic) conditions descriped more in the ANSI Z136.7 for Testing and Labeling of Laser Protective Equipment. The lower the VLT, the less "visible" light is transmitted. Laser glasses may affect the ability to see warning lights/signs or distinguis between colors.
